75 mlFull Cream Milk
100 mlWater
2 tbspPowdered Sugar (30g)
2 tbspCocoa Powder (30g)

Pre-heat oven to 180°C.

Mix bake mix, melted butter, milk, water, sugar and cocoa powder until batter is smooth.

Grease and flour a 7inch dia. square baking pan and pour batter in.

Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center, comes out clean. Cut and serve.
