|50 g||Cabbage (shredded)|
|1 tsp||Brown Sugar|
|½ tsp||Cinnamon Powder|
|1 tsp||Lemon Juice|
|2 tsp||Apple Cider Vinegar|
|1 tbsp||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Diet|
|1 tbsp||Herbs (chopped)|
|5 - 10 g||Mint Leaves|
Toast the poppy seeds in a pan & soak them in water for 10 minutes.
Slice the red & green apple into batons, take a mixing bowl and add 50 gm shredded cabbage to the apples. Toss it and add 1 tsp of poppy seed paste, 1 tsp brown sugar, ½ tsp cinnamon powder, 1 tsp honey. Toss continuously and add 1 tsp of lemon juice, 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, add 1 tbsp diet mayonnaise and continue tossing and mixing. Add a little bit of toasted poppy seeds to give a crunchy feeling.
Season with 1 chopped herbs & mint Serve as suggested in a roasted papad cup, with mint to garnish.
