Baked Potato with Yogurt Cream recipe

for the recipe Baked Potato with Yogurt Cream


80 g Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Garlic
10 ml Olive Oil (2 tsp)
2 ½ g Dried Oregano (1/2tsp.)
2 ½ g Salt (1/2tsp.)
2 ½ g Black Pepper Powder (1/2tsp.)
110 g Potatoes (1 medium, sliced)
30 g Yoghurt (2tbsp.)
5 g Coriander Leaves (4-5 leaves)




Preheat oven to 180°C.


In a bowl add olive oil, oregano, salt and black pepper. Marinate the potato slices in the above mixture for 10-15 minutes.


Place potatoes in a single layer on a lightly greased baking pan.


Bake for 20-30 minutes until light brown from all sides.


In a bowl mix garlic mayonnaise, yogurt and coriander. Pour on top of baked potatoes and serve.
