|75 g||FunFoods Zer0Fat Dressing Balsamic|
|2 - 3||Garlic Cloves , chopped|
|Black Pepper Powder|
|2 no.||Chicken Breast Boneless , sliced|
|1 tbsp||Olive Oil|
|50 g||Goat Cheese , soft|
|1||Loaf Garlic Bread (6 inch) , slice it half lengthwise without cutting through|
|2 - 3 no.||Lettuce Leaf , shredded|
|½ Red Capsicum , thinly sliced|
In a bowl add, garlic, salt, black pepper powder and 2 tbsp balsamic dressing. Add chicken to marination and mix well.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan (medium flame). Place marinated chicken on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each sides or until cooked through.
Assembling- Spread goat cheese on lower half of the bread. Top it up with lettuce leaves, chicken and capsicum. Drizzle remaining balsamic dressing and serve.
