|100 g||Bacon Slices (10 slices)|
|4 Slices||White Sandwich Bread|
|4 tbsp||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Classic (60g)|
|4 tbsp||Dr. Oetker FunFoods American Mustard (60g)|
|4 tbsp||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Barbecue Sauce Smokey (60g)|
|30 g||Iceberg Lettuce (8-12 leaves)|
|140 g||Tomatoes (2 medium, sliced)|
Preheat sandwich griller to 200°C.
In a non-stick pan at moderate heat, shallow fry bacon slices untill crisp.
Take 2 slices of bread and spread half of classic mayonnaise, american mustard and barbeque sauce on each.
Place 2-3 ice berg lettuce and 2-4 slices of tomatoes on one of the bread slices. Put 4 slices of crisp bacon on it club with another bread slice.
Grease griller with butter. Grill sandwich till it turns light brown. Cut diagonally in two halves. Serve hot.
