Filling: :

100 g Bacon Slices (10 slices)
4 Slices White Sandwich Bread
4 tbsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Classic (60g)
4 tbsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods American Mustard (60g)
4 tbsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Barbecue Sauce Smokey (60g)
30 g Iceberg Lettuce (8-12 leaves)
140 g Tomatoes (2 medium, sliced)
1 tbsp Butter

Preheat sandwich griller to 200°C.

In a non-stick pan at moderate heat, shallow fry bacon slices untill crisp.

Take 2 slices of bread and spread half of classic mayonnaise, american mustard and barbeque sauce on each.

Place 2-3 ice berg lettuce and 2-4 slices of tomatoes on one of the bread slices. Put 4 slices of crisp bacon on it club with another bread slice.

Grease griller with butter. Grill sandwich till it turns light brown. Cut diagonally in two halves. Serve hot.
