70 g Carrot (1 small, grated)
70 g Green Bell Peppers (1 small, finely chopped)
30 g Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Veg (2tbsp.)
15 g Dr. Oetker FunFoods American Mustard (1tbsp.)
2 ½ g Salt (1/2tsp.)
2 ½ g Black Pepper Powder (1/2tsp.)
5 g Coriander Leaves (2-3 leaves)




In a bowl add carrot, capsicum, veg mayonnaise, american mustard, salt and black pepper. Mix well.


Make juicy sandwiches with this spread or use it as a filling in cutlets or bread rolls.
