Preheat the oven to 180°C
In a bowl mix melted butter, bake mix and water. Knead it until smooth dough is formed.
Roll out the dough on a flat surface and cut it into rectangle (3inch × 1.5inch) wafer shapes.
Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet leaving space of approx. ½cm between each and bake for 15 minutes. Leave to cool.
Dip the cookies in dessert topping chocolate. Serve.
