|35 g||Carrot (1/2 small, grated)|
|50 g||Cabbage (2 medium, grated)|
|35 g||Green Bell Peppers (1/2 small, chopped)|
|75 g||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Veg (5tbsp.)|
|4 Slices||White Sandwich Bread|
In a bowl mix carrots, cabbage, capsicum and veg mayonnaise.
Spread half of this mixture on bread slice & club with another. Remove the side crust and cut diagonally in 2 triangles. Serve.
