Creamy Egg Rolls recipe

for the recipe Creamy Egg Rolls


2 Portion Eggs
10 g Green Chillies (2-3, chopped)
70 g Onions (1 small, chopped)
5 g Coriander Leaves (4-5 leaves, chopped)
½ tsp Salt (2.5g)
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder (2.5g)
1 tbsp Olive Oil (15ml)
2 Portion Chapattis
4 tbsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Classic (60g)




In a bowl add eggs, green chillis, onions, coriander leaves, salt and black pepper powder. Mix well.


Heat oil in non-stick pan. Add omelette mixture spread it all over the pan by twirling the pan slightly. Cook on a low heat for about half a minute.


Warm chapatti from both sides. Spread ½tbsp. of classic mayonnaise and roll omelette inside the chapatti. Serve hot with left over mayonnaise on top of the wrap.
