Creamy Potato Soup

for the recipe Creamy Potato Soup


5 g Butter (1tsp.)
35 g Carrot (1/2 small, coarsely cut)
70 g Onions (1 small, coarsely cut)
5 g Garlic (2 cloves, chopped)
220 g Potatoes (2 medium, boiled, peeled & diced)
5 g Coriander Leaves (4-5 leaves, chopped)
5 g Red Chilli Powder (1tsp.)
5 g Garam Masala Powder (1tsp.)
5 g Salt (1tsp.)
5 g Black Pepper Powder (1tsp.)
75 g Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Veg (5tbsp.)




Melt butter in a pan. Add carrots, onions and garlic. Sauté until light brown in colour, potatoes, water till it cover potatoes and bring to boil. Add coriander leaves, red chilli powder and garam masala, mix well. Then reduce heat to a simmer for 15 minutes.


Strain soup in a pan, mash remaining potatoes in strainer and mix with the soup.


Add mayonnaise, salt and black pepper powder. Mix well. Serve.
