|2 tbsp||Olive Oil|
|1||medium Potato , boiled and cut into wedges|
|4 - 5||French Beans , boiled|
|¼ each Red, Yellow and Green Capsicum|
|3 - 4||Mushrooms , diced|
|3 - 4||Cherry Tomatoes , halved|
|1||small bunch Mix Lettuce (Green Leafy, Iceberg, Lollo Rosso)|
|1||Black Pepper Powder|
|3 - 4||Black Olives , sliced|
|60 g||FunFoods Zer0Fat Dressing Thousand Island|
In a bowl add, 1 tsp oil, potato, beans, capsicum, mushroom, salt and pepper. Gently toss vegetables to coat.
Heat remaining oil in a griddle (medium flame). Place potato, beans, capsicum and mushroom on the griddle. Grill vegetables for 3-4 until they are lightly charred and tender, moving the ingredients around so they do not overcook.
In a bowl, add lettuce, above grilled vegetables, cherry tomato, olives, salt, pepper and dressing. Gently toss salad, place it in a bowl and serve.
