for the recipe Mexican Bean Tacos


1 tsp Olive Oil
2 - 3 Piece Garlic Cloves chopped
1 Onion medium chopped
1 Tomato medium chopped
100 g Beans Red Kidney Beans, boiled
1 Capsicum ¼ each Red, Yellow and Green Capsicum, de-seeded and sliced
Red Chilli Powder ½ tbsp
1 Lettuce 2-3 Mix Lettuce Leaf, shredded
7 - 8 no's Taco Shells
75 g FunFoods Zer0Fat Dressing Smokey Pineapple





Heat oil in a non-stick pan (medium flame) add garlic, onion, tomato, kidney bean, capsicum, salt and chilli powder. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes.


For assembling- Fill the tacos equally with lettuce leaf, top it up with above filling, drizzle dressing and serve.


Note- When showing tacos we also have to show same filling can be used to make a wrap.
