75 g FunFoods Zer0Fat Dressing Ranch
50 g Baby Potato with skin , boiled
30 g Sweet Corn Kernels
3 Cherry Tomatoes , halved
50 g Chickpeas , boiled
1 small Bunch Green Leafy Lettuce , shredded
50 g Nachos , crushed
1 tbsp Taco Seasoning




In a mason jar, pour the salad dressing, followed by baby potato, sweet corn, cherry tomato, chickpea, lettuce leaves and nachos.


When ready to eat, shake the jar to disperse the dressing and pour onto a plate or large bowl, sprinkle taco seasoning and serve.
