|2 tbsp||Olive Oil|
|¼ small Cabbage , shredded|
|½ medium Green Capsicum , julienned|
|½ medium Carrot , julienned|
|1||Spring Onion Greens , chopped|
|1 tbsp||Soya Sauce|
|1 tbsp||Red Chilli Sauce|
|50 g||Noodles , boiled|
|2 no.||Egg white|
|60 g||FunFoods Zer0Fat Dressing Sweet Onion|
|1 no.||Flour Tortilla|
For Noodles -Heat 1tsp oil in a wok or a kadhai (high flame). Add cabbage, capsicum, carrot, spring onion, soya sauce, red chilli sauce and salt. Stir-fry over a high flame for 1-2 minutes.
Add noodles and stir-fry again for a minute. Keep aside.
In a bowl, add egg white and salt. Whisk well.
Heat remaining oil in a non-stick pan (medium flame) pour the egg mixture.
Place the tortilla on top of the egg mixture and press it well. Once the egg is cooked, flip it over to the other side, cook for 2-3 seconds and remove from heat.
Assembling- Place the tortilla on a chopping board with the egg side on top. Place the vegetable noodles, drizzle sweet onion dressing and roll it like a wrap. Cut and serve.
