|120 g||Chicken Mince|
|3||Fresh Coriander Leaves , chopped|
|¼ each Red, Yellow and Green Capsicum , chopped|
|1 tbsp||Red Chilli Powder|
|1 tbsp||Olive Oil|
|60 g||FunFoods Zer0Fat Dressing Zesty Orange|
|1 no.||Flour Tortilla|
|2||Lettuce Leaves , shredded|
|1||medium Onion , sliced|
In a bowl, add chicken mince, coriander, capsicum, chilli powder and salt. Mix well and make 5-6 small size meatballs.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan (medium flame). Place meatballs in a pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Pour 2 tbsp dressing over meatballs and stir to coat meatballs with sauce.
Heat non-stick pan (medium flame) and warm tortilla from both sides. Keep it aside.
Place meatballs in the center of tortilla, top it up with lettuce and onion. Drizzle remaining dressing and roll it like a wrap. Cut and serve.
