|15 ml||Olive Oil (1tbsp.)|
|220 g||Potatoes (2 medium, boiled, peeled & diced)|
|70 g||Red Bell Peppers (1 small, diced)|
|70 g||Yellow Bell Peppers (1 small, diced)|
|70 g||Onions (1 small, diced)|
|5 g||Salt (1tsp.)|
|5 g||Black Pepper Powder (1tsp.)|
|30 g||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Salad Dressing Vinaigrette (2tbsp.)|
|15 g||Parmesan Cheese|
Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add potatoes, red and yellow capsicum, onion and stir fry for 4-5 minutes until crisp and cooked from inside. Season with salt and black pepper.
Add vinaigrette salad dressing and mix well. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Serve.
