In a bowl add softened butter, peanut butter, sugar, salt, refined flour and baking powder. Knead until dough is smooth.
Cover the dough and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
Preheat oven at 180°C.
Dust work surface with refined flour and roll out dough on it to an approx. thickness of ½cm.
Cut out 8 biscuits in any shape you want, either with the help of a biscuit cutter or various cutter shapes. Set biscuits on a non-greased baking tray leaving space of 4-5cm between each.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cookies are golden brown. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
Decorate with dessert topping chocolate and serve.
