Preheat oven to 180°C.
Line a rectangular 8inch square baking tray with greased baking paper.
In a bowl add brownie mix, melted butter, water and whisk until the batter is smooth and stir briefly.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Leave to cool.
Spread the melted white chocolate on top of brownie cake, leave to set for ½ hour. Cut brownie cake into 12 pieces and serve.
Garnish your brownie cake with dark chocolate flowers
