|100 g||Raisins (soaked in rum for a week)|
|250 g||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Eggless Bake Mix 11 Cakes|
|50 ml||Full Cream Milk|
|30 g||Powdered Sugar (2tbsp.)|
|30 g||Cocoa Powder (2tbsp.)|
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix bake mix, melted butter, milk, water, sugar and cocoa powder until batter is smooth.
Drain raisins through a sieve. Coat them lightly with flour and mix into batter.
Grease & flour a 7inch dia. baking pan and pour batter in.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Turn cake upside down while it is still hot and leave it to cool.
Collect remaining rum in a bowl. Sift 100g icing sugar and mix with 2tbsp. rum and water each to get a thick icing. Spread rum-icing on the cake after baking.
