Place chicken breasts in a zip lock-bag. Add garlic, rosemary, ranch dressing, salt and black pepper. Lock the bag and shake well.
Water Bath- In a pot add water and let it boil (leave enough room at the top so that the water will not overflow once you add food).
Reduce the flame, place the bag in the water and clip to the side. Cook for 1 hour at 65 °C.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the bag (pat it dry) and pour the left over liquid in a saucepan.
Heat non-stick pan add spinach, mushrooms and cherry tomato. Sauté vegetables for 2-3 minutes and season it with salt and pepper.
For assembling- Place sautéed veggies on a plate, top it up with chicken, pour the leftover liquid and serve.
