3 Cherry Tomatoes , halved
3 - 4 no. Spring Onion Greens , chopped
30 g Sweet Corn Kernels
½ medium Avocado , chopped
50 g Red Kidney Beans , boiled
½ small Iceberg Lettuce , shredded
Black Pepper Powder
75 g FunFoods Zer0Fat Dressing South West
1 small Packet Nachos




In a bowl add, cherry tomato, spring onion, sweet corn, avocado, kidney beans, lettuce, salt, pepper and southwest dressing. Mix well. Place salad in refrigerator for 30 minutes.


Place nachos around the serving plate, place above salad in the middle and serve.
