|350 g||Maida (White Flour)|
|½ tsp||Salt (2.5g)|
|1 tsp||Dried Yeast (5g)|
|1 tbsp||Olive Oil (15ml)|
|½ tsp||Sugar (2.5g)|
|70 g||Onions (1 small, diced)|
|70 g||Tomatoes (1 small, diced)|
|70 g||Green Bell Peppers (1 small, diced)|
|50 g||Paneer (diced)|
|250 g||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Arrabbiata Spicy Pasta Sauce|
|50 g||Mozarella Cheese (grated)|
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a bowl sift maida, add yeast, salt, sugar, water and knead with hands to make dough.
Place the dough on the working surface and knead it by pushing, folding and gradually adding oil, until it no longer sticks to your hands.
Cover the dough with a thin kitchen cloth and leave for approx. 45 minutes or until it doubles in size.
For filling, in another bowl, add onions, tomatoes, green capsicum, paneer and arrabbiata pasta sauce. Mix well.
Roll out dough approx. 25×15cm
Spread the filling in the center and sprinkle cheese on the filling. Fold and seal the edges by crimping them with a fork.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until slightly brown in colour. Serve.
