4 Slices Bread
30 g Tomatoes (chopped)
2 tsp Basil Leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp Garlic
30 g Onions (chopped)
3 tbsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Tandoori
2 tsp Vegetable Oil

Ingredients - For the Topping:

30 g Tomatoes (chopped)
15 g Red Bell Peppers (chopped)
15 g Green Bell Peppers (chopped)
1 tbsp Garlic
1 tbsp Basil Leaves (chopped)
50 g Paneer
2 tsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Tandoori
Salt
50 g Mozarella Cheese

For the Filling

In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 2 tsp chopped basil leaves, 1 tbsp garlic, 2 tbsp chopped onion & 3 tbsp tandoori mayonnaise. Mix it to make , now fill this in the sandwich.

Keep the pan on flame, add 2 tsp oil and very lightly pan sear the sandwich & leave it on the baking tray.

For the Topping

In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp chopped red & green bell peppers, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp garlic, 2 tbsp chopped basil leaves, 50 gm of crumbled paneer & salt to taste. Mix it evenly.

Spread the tandoori mayonnaise on the sandwich & use this mixture for the topping. Top it with the grated mozzarella cheese and bake the pizza sandwich in the oven for 5 min at 200degree C.

Remove from oven & serve as suggested.
