|250 g||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Eggless Bake Mix 11 Cakes|
|50 ml||Full Cream Milk|
|45 g||Tutti Frutti (3tbsp.)|
|45 g||Raisins (3tbsp.)|
|10 g||Maida (White Flour) (2tsp.)|
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix bake mix, melted butter, water and milk until batter is smooth.
Coat the raisins and tutti frutti in maida. Add them to the batter.
Grease and flour a 7inch dia. baking pan. To make a ring cake grease and flour the outside of a 2inch metal bowl and place it inside the baking pan.
Pour the batter in the outer pan and bake for 15 minutes. Make a cut around the cake to ensure a crack in the center.
Continue baking for another 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Make your own tutti frutti mixture with raisins, currants, candied cherries and dried apricots.
