for the recipe Warm Baby Potato Salad


1 tbsp Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves chopped
200 g Baby Potatoes boiled
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
75 g FunFoods Zer0Fat Dressing Honey Mustard
4 Parsley leaves chopped




Heat oil in a non-stick pan (medium flame) add garlic and baby potatoes. Season potatoes with salt and add chilli powder.


Stir and cook potatoes for 4-5 minutes until light golden brown.


Take out potatoes in a bowl, add mustard dressing, parsley and mix well. Serve warm.
