Heat butter in a non-stick pan (medium flame) and add bread cubes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes or until bread gets slightly crisp and browned from edges.
In a bowl, add 1 tsp oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well. Rub chicken breast in the marinade and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Heat remaining oil in a non-stick pan (medium flame) and cook chicken breast for 3-4 minutes on each sides or until cooked through. Allow it to cool and slice it.
Assembling- In a bowl add, lettuce leaves, croutons, olives, chicken slices, eggs, salt, pepper and Caesar dressing. Gently toss salad, place it in a bowl. Serve.
