Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix bake mix, butter and milk until batter is smooth.
Grease 4.5cm dia. muffin molds and line with muffin liners. Pour the batter in and sprinkle choco-chips on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Take the muffins out from muffin moulds along with the liners and place them on a serving plate. Leave to cool for 10-15 minutes. Serve.
