In a bowl knead butter & bake mix until smooth dough is formed.
Cover the dough & refrigerate it for 15-30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Make 8 cookies from the dough of approx. 1.5cm height.
Place the cookies on a non-greased baking tray, leaving 4-5cm space between each.
Bake for 15 minutes & place the cookies on a plate with absorbent paper to remove excess butter & leave to cool for 15 minutes. Serve.
