Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix well bake mix, melted butter & milk until batter is smooth.
Grease 4.5cm dia. muffin molds. Pour the batter in.
Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Fill the whipped cream in a piping bag (or use a spoon) to make snow caps on top of each muffin & sprinkle about 1g cocoa powder over the cream over each. Serve cold.
