In a bowl, add carrot, cabbage, capsicum and salt. Mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Squeeze vegetables using hands to take out water from vegetables, add 4 tbsp mayonnaise and pepper powder to squeezed veggies. Mix well. Divide this mixture into 3 parts/bowls.
Take one part of bowl and spread plain coleslaw on a bread slice and top it up with another bread slice. Heat butter in a gridlle/pan and grill sandwich from both sides. Cut and serve
Take another bowl of plain coleslaw, add soya sauce, chilli sauce and sesame seeds. Mix well. Spread this mixture on a footlong bread and serve.
Take another bowl of plain coleslaw, add sprouts, red cabbage and remaining mayonnaise. Mix well. Spread this mixture on a bread slice and top it up with the other bread. Cut and serve.
