Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix bake mix, melted butter & milk until batter is smooth.
Grease 4.5cm dia. muffin molds & line them with muffin liners and pour batter in.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Take the muffins out from muffin molds along with the liners & place them on a serving plate.
In a bowl mix cream & sugar well. Spread this cream mixture on top of each muffin. Serve.
