Heat oil in kadhai.
In a bowl gram flour, ajwain, turmeric powder, salt, 1 tbsp mayonnaise and water. Mix well and make smooth batter.
In a bowl add potato, onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well.
On a bread slice spread remaining mayonnaise and top it up with above potato filling. Club it with another bread slice and cut diagonally.
Coat the two slices in the above batter, fry until light brown & crisp. Serve hot.
