In a bowl add 1tps oil, garlic, coriander, red chilli powder, oregano and salt. Mix well and marinate both paneer slices in it
Heat remaining oil in a non-stick pan (medium flame) and grill paneer slices from both sides till light brown in colour. Let it cool and cut it into thick fingers
Achari Mayonnaise mixture-In a bowl add cucumber, capsicum, gherkins, tomato, pickle and burger mayonnaise. Mix well.
Heat butter in a non-stick pan and warm tortilla from both sides and keep it aside.
For Assembling: Spread ½ the quantity of achari mayonnaise in the centre of tortilla, followed by lettuce, paneer, onion and remaining achari mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle some chaat masala and warp it tightly. Serve.
