In a bowl, add 1 tsp oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well. Rub chicken breast in the marinade and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Heat remaining oil in a non-stick pan (medium flame) and cook chicken breast for 5-6 minutes or until cooked through.
In a bowl add, sliced chicken, French beans, olives, cherry tomatoes, ranch dressing, salt and pepper. Gently toss salad, place it in a bowl, garnish it with almonds and serve.
